grapher, and the quality of the photos was outstanding. Our photographer Andrew was the most delightful person to work with. Additionally, he took on tasks that I expected my day-of wedding coordinator to be doing, which was surprising. It took an extra 20 minutes to get my bustle fastened properly and we had a delay in the Grand Entrance. He handled a large amount of communication with my DJ throughout the day, so the events played out seamlessly. That really stood out to us. Also, we knew we wanted sunset pics and planned ahead for those. They were my favorite pictures of us; they were authentic and the lighting looked magical. The 2-week turnaround is standard for no upgrades. I didn't realize how long that would feel when I chose my package. I would recommend upgrading to the Gold Package if you want a rapid return. When we got the photos, we were over-the-moon with the results. They are fabulous and professional. We wanted to capture our day without breaking the bank, and we were very happy with the results.

ely the delivery of the product left much to be desired. Unless you pay an extra $500 for their $500 Gold package, this service is not worth it. There were many requested photos that were not captured, for example we did not receive any personal portraits of the bride AT ALL in any of the delivered photos and they only do bare minimum retouching without the afore mentioned package. The photos we received were pretty lackluster as well, with the framing often awkward. The photographers were nice enough but it feels like they missed capturing the essence of our special day. They continually asked us what photos we wanted throughout the day, which was quite frustrating as, not only is a wedding quite busy and overstimulating, we had sent them a Pinterest board beforehand and had multiple meetings with them detailing how we wanted the day to be captured. We also utilized them for videography, and the color grading of the video was just off. My husband and I had 3 weddings, with 3 different photographers, Epic Photography was by far the most pricey of the 3 vendors; yet, their delivery was the most unimpressive. Please if you want your day to be documented beautifully and to the fullest extent, think twice before booking.

Our lead photographer, Lucas, was a rock star. His talent behind the lens is undeniable, but it’s his knack for making everyone feel at ease that truly sets him apart. From our initial call, we knew he’d bring a lively spirit to our wedding day. Guests couldn’t stop raving about his warmth and energy, and his passion for capturing the perfect shot shone through in every moment. Working with him was an absolute delight!
David, our second shooter, was a gem too. He hung out with me and the groomsmen before the ceremony, keeping the vibe relaxed and fun. His easygoing nature and sharp sense of humor had us all laughing and enjoying the day even more. The guys and I loved having him around!
And then there’s Chris, our videographer extraordinaire. When we watched our wedding video, we were floored by the stunning moments he captured—without ever making us feel like we were “on set.” No awkward posing, no extra effort, just pure magic. Chris brought a playful energy that perfectly complemented Lucas, and together, they were the dream team we didn’t know we needed.

We had Mallory as a photographer and she was so sweet and professional. We loved working with her, and she made the day so fun and special. We are not the type who enjoy getting our pictures taken, but Mallory made it seem super easy and the shots came out so great and looked so natural.
We got the edited pictures back (they won’t give you any raw images which is fine by me) and I was blown away by their work. I have major body image and self confidence issues, but I loved the pictures that came back. I honestly still can’t believe that’s me in those photos, as I’ve never seen myself look so happy in photos before these were taken. For what you get, Epic is extremely reasonable price-wise. I would highly recommend them over any other photographer, and I already have recommended them to a couple of my friends.

for information emails sent to me after I’d already filled the forms out, and I didn’t find out who our actual photographer was until a week before. Honestly, I wonder if they give you greater service if you pay for a more expensive package? We got the base level photography package, so it felt like maybe we were given an economy class experience. Also, my wedding was in September, and I haven’t seen any previews yet. When I followed up, they said they should be ready on 10.21. I have yet to hear anything back from them.
